Introducing Families in the Fast Lane, during this series we will discuss how families have changed over the years. As a nation we have lost our innocence and have an underlying heartache caused by many hurting families. God, however, speaks the language of family and has given us road signs and guard rails to stay on track. A healthy family is not about having a big house, kids with good grades, a fat savings account, or even a peaceful marriage; a sign of a healthy family is that it contributes to and blesses other people. We can take heart if we feel like our family is struggling; the Bible is full of examples of God’s amazing restoration and forgiveness. — This week we discuss what the Bible says about the words we use.
